***** OVERSEAS IMPORT ITEMS GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION *****

» Custom Manufacturing:
We have the experience for more than 25 years on how to design custom bags & will quote on custom bags and cases made to your specifications. Also, we know how to import larger quantity items to meet your particular specifications.

» Material Special Colours:
Special “pms” material colour or imprint colour, match up and down 5% are acceptable. Request can be honored depending on model, fabric, screen and size of order.

» Bags Sizes:
The sizes of all bags are approximate and finished goods may very plus or minus 1/4 to 1/2 inch in each direction.

» Samples:

1. for special hand made custom sample, we charge air mail fee, plus applicable art costs,
   screen and other special working fees...etc.
2. we make the sample with the material as your request at “pms” color, as close as possible.
3. with your final approval, we will then proceed with the production.

» Order Quantity:

1. Orders: minimum order needs 1,000 pcs. (if the item is under us $1.00 need 5.000pcs.)
   1. if under minimum order we charge each shipment handle charge us $150.00.
   2. if the order need partial shipments (under the minimum order qty) we charge each shipment us $100.00.
      
2. Quantity: the order qty can overrun or underrun, every effort will be made to ship the
   exact qty. However, we reserve the right to over or under ship by no more than—2%.
   
3. Cancellations: orders can not be cancelled without the factory’s approval. Customer
   will be billed for all expense prior to the approved cancellation. We reserve the right to
   sell any cancelled products including custom designs and special logos.
   
4. For all import items, the production time is minimum 45 days + 30 days shipments ( after approved sample or received your 100% letter of credit.)

» Production Time:

1. Material in order : for each kind of material, minimum order is 500yds
   1. general material booking need 14 days.
   2. you request (pms) colour need 20 days.
   3. special colour need 10 more days on top with your other orders. (i.e.: neon, gold and silver...colours.)
      
2. Sample in order: to confirm order in your request, samples will be of no charge.
   1. the sample as you request need 10 working days + mailing days.
   2. if the sample need imprint, no set-up charge with camera ready artwork.
   3. provided. Set-up the screen time need 7 working days, if not please plus 10 more days.
      
3. Special logo in order:
   1. custom special logo set-up.(logo label, zipper, embossing...etc.) Need 10 working days.
   2. custom special logo material set-up. (woven, overall printing...etc.)Need 14 working days.
   3. custom special logo hardware set-up. (open special tooling.) Need 25 working days.

» Imprint & Art Work Information :

Imprint methods: silk screening, hot stamping, heat sealing, embossing, and trihook pvc
label mould ... Etc.

Artwork: exact duplication of a type style can not be guaranteed unless camera ready artwork is submitted. We reserve the right to determine what is camera ready artwork...

1. Silk Screen:
   printing for set-up charge: all set-up logo’s are kept for one and half year.

1. Printing Cost :
1. 1st colour one time - one location us $0.04/pc.
2. 2nd us $0.03pc.
3. 3rd us $0.02/pc.
4. any additional per colour us $0.01/pc ..etc.
   
1. overall printing :
1. set-up charge one colour size within us $100.00
2. Printing cost 1st colour one panel us $0.80/panel.
3. 2nd additional us $0.50/panel.
4. 3rd additional us $0.30/panel.
2. 4 color process printing:
   picture/picture / one side us$ 0.15/pc, if full side printing us$0.35/pc
   
3. special colour printing: neon, gold and silver colour additional us $0.06/pc

2. Hot stamping: set-up charge us $100.00 per plate.(maximum three lines.)
   colour for gold & silver each time job us $0.06/pc.
   
3. Heat sealing: set-up charge us $60.00 per plate. (size within 2" x 3" )
   each time job us $0.04/pc.
   
4. Embroidery: A permanent way of engraving a logo which requires custom special
   logos. Cost deepened on complexity and size of design. minimum q’ty is 5,000 unit. Set-up charge us $ 50.00 per logo. and each 1000 stitch cost us$0.03 also available for "3D" embroidery set up charge each logo us$10.00 and cost each 1000 stitch us$0.08/per stitch.
   
5. Trihook pvc label mould: ( pvc name logo plate ) name pvc logo plate the size: 1”x2 ½” or round 2 ½” dia set up us$60.00 each logo cost us$0.02/pc for one color and 2nd add us$0.01/pc …etc.,
